"Customer Service" for Floyd County Schools is "Quality
Service." Quality Service is a description of how we relate
to the people we interact with everyday while preparing children
to be the leaders of tomorrow. We seek to treat students, parents,
coworkers and visitors from the community the way we would
like to be treated.
The "Quality Service" philosophy is characterized by an attitude
of not being willing to settle for the minimum required or
